Thanks for reaching out on the Apple Support Communities. I understand that while using Zoom video conferencing last night there was no audio or video from your MacBook Pro, and this only began after you updated your macOS. The first thing to do is to check the sound output settings, and the access Zoom has to your microphone and camera. On your Mac, use the Zoom options of Accessibility Zoom preferences to set appearance and control options for the selected zoom style (Full screen, Split screen, or Picture-in-picture). To change these preferences, choose Apple menu System Preferences, click Accessibility, click Zoom, then click Advanced. Open the Zoom pane for me.

Important note: this version of Zoom is specifically written for Apple silicon. It is not a Universal app that can run on Intel processors. The version for Intel is available here. If you download the Apple silicon version on an Intel Mac, the app with have a slash through it.
